Here is another comic book attempt, in this image I was testing out a new set of pens and was trying to study the anatomy. Although some parts still look slightly out of proportion, my aim was to work out how to make the body look like a body! This image is still not finished and the next part will involve colouring up and finishing the background.

Here is my first attempt at a comic book style illustration for Anokye and the Immovable Sword. The Background still needs to be completed to give the illustration a more expressive atmosphere. I am quite pleased with the illustration so far but have also learnt a lot from trying this style, hopefully more comic book style drawings to come.

One of my Character Designs for Anokye, an animation that is being made by Serendipitous Productions an independent production and currently in pre-production. Anokye feature animation is based on the real story of the immovable sword and the unification of the clans of Akan to create the Asante people in 17th century Ghana.
